For reasons of hygiene, you should replace the ear pads from time to time. Spare ear pads are available from your Sennheiser partner.
To remove the old ear pads:
▷Pull the ear pad away from the ear cup.
If the retaining ring remains on the ear cup when the ear pad is removed:
▷Carefully loosen the retaining ring. If necessary, use a slotted screwdriver to loosen the retaining ring.
To place a new ear pad on the ear cup:
▷Assign the ear pads to the right and left side. The seam of the ear pad has to point downwards.
▷Place the ear pad on the ear cup and align it with the notches in the retaining ring.
▷Using your thumbs, press the retaining ring firmly onto the ear cup so that the retaining ring audibly snaps into place all-around.
