Firmware updates can be downloaded free of charge from the Internet using the Sennheiser Conversation Clear app.
▷Before updating, you have to insert the earbuds into the charging case. During the update, you must also not take the earbuds out of the charging case.
▷Connect your earbuds to your smartphone and start the Conversation Clear app (> Installing the Conversation Clear app).
▷The app provides information on available firmware updates and guides you through the installation process.
▷Make sure that the batteries are fully charged before updating (> Charging the rechargeable battery of the earbuds and the charging case). Avoid connecting or disconnecting the USB power supply during the update process.
